The first new music Friday of 2019 and it was.. slow. No new notable albums and very few singles.

Christmas and New Years are usually filled with parties, family, travel and hangovers. I'm speaking for myself here. The days blend together and every day feels like a Saturday. There were a couple Fridays where I completely forgot to check new music releases until halfway through the day. Rare.

Mid December isn't typically the best for new music releases. Many people are taking vacation and relaxing for the holidays rather than pushing out and promoting new singles and albums.

Okay.. there were at least 10 dope albums that dropped last night and earlier in the week.

New Music Friday was a little off since it was Black Friday and a holiday weekend. While there weren't a ton of releases, there were still a few notable drops.
