I'm watching Gwen Stefani's live video during the GRAMMYs. While everyone around me is talking about her song, I started obsessing over this black and white striped dress and I haven't stopped thinking about it since Monday. 

Where can I find this dress? Is there a store at the Village? Maybe at the mall?
