I've been in Boise for about a month, and have somehow not enjoyed one of the Treasure Valley's most sacred delicacies: Fry sauce.

Until now.

Thanks to Tiffany at Roaring Springs for treating us to lunch, and my first encounter with the Idahoan sauce of hopes and dreams.

I'm a fan! Reminds me of mayonnaise and ketchup and maybe a little thousand island dressing all mixed up. Happy to report I tried it on a hot dog earlier today, and it was all the jams.
