Need to cool off in this week's 90º temperatures and still get your Pumpkin Spice fix at the same time?  Here's an EASY 4 ingredient Pumpkin Ice Cream you can make with stuff you probably already have in your pantry!

  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup Madhava Organic Whipped Cinnamon Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


  • Mix all ingredients together with food processor or hand mixer
  • Freeze several hours

Additional Notes

This ice cream freezes really hard, so you'll need to let it thaw a little bit before you scoop it.  If you want a sweeter ice cream use riper bananas.
