8 Yrs Passed Since Film Crew Member Vanished In Idaho Backcountry
It's been just over eight years since an up-and-coming show producer vanished in the woods 130 miles southeast of Lewiston, Idaho, while shooting a gold-mining series on October 5, 2018.
Someone out there may know what happened to Terrence Woods Jr.
In early fall 2018, a film crew gathered in a remote area of the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest to meet with mining personnel from Montana. Woods was a lead on the project and was known as a hard-working, dependable person who took his job seriously.

The details of what exactly happened that day are beyond suspicious. NBC News reported that Woods began acting strangely in the minutes before his disappearance. The report says he later began sprinting away from the rest of the crew and down a hillside at such a high rate of speed that no one else was able to catch up to him.
The crew had gathered near the small, unincorporated region of Orogrande.

Perhaps Woods was picked up by someone and taken to Elk City, or another nearby community. Possible scenarios would be that he took a fall and hasn't been discovered yet, or he was attacked by an animal such as a bear or mountain lion.
Woods' story has been shared on numerous state missing persons sites such as Daily Missing. Whatever happened to Woods that day more than eight years ago, we hope his family gets answers someday, very soon.
