I've been talking about the explosion of Kuna's real estate for a while. I live in the heart of Boise, Meridian, and Kuna which puts me right in the middle. I claim them all and am really excited about the growth. There is no doubt that the Treasure Valley is in hype mode right now.

Kuna is right on the fringe of Meridian I guess might be okay of describing the location. When someone says Kuna I think of the Cowgirls night club. That might not be the case anymore with the opening of several major restaurants, grocery stores and movie theaters (to come). If you're not doing anything this weekend you might want to go peep Kuna as they celebrate Kuna Days.

Kuna Days is a celebration held annually that celebrates the city with a huge parade, 5k runs, carnival, live entertainment, and massive fireworks display The Kuna Chamber of Commerce puts on the annual event and have named this year's theme, "Through the Decades".

The popular weekend event begins Friday at 4 p.m. with live entertainment, tons of vendors hosted by Bernie Fisher Park and family movie night on the city baseball field around dusk. Can't make Friday? Grab the family and come out early Saturday for a Boy Scouts Pancake Breakfast and Kuna Days Fun Run which begins at 8 a.m. There will be a big parade shortly after and then the party begins. I've listed links and maps below.

Enjoy! Peep Enrique's Mexican Restaurant if you go. I hear this is the new hotspot in the K.
