AMC’s Better Call Saul carries on quite a few traditions from its Breaking Bad predecessor, but did you know Saul’s prequel journey was originally envisioned as a half-hour comedy? Or that some of Walter White’s famous threads put in a cameo six years before their origin? ‘Breaking Bad’ may be completely, definitively over, but that doesn’t mean Walter White is ready to leave popular culture alone. Oh, no. As long as Bryan Cranston is alive and as lone as insurance companies are prepared to back dump trucks full of cash up this house, we’ll get to see America’s favorite meth dealer pop up every so often. So while it’s weird to se Cranston play Heisenberg one more time in an Esurance commercial, it’s not that surprising.

‘Breaking Bad’ won the 2014 Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series, beating out such other contenders as ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘True Detective.’

A year ago, Aaron Paul came home to share one of the very special last episodes of Breaking Bad with the Treasure Valley.  Three weeks later the AMC series aired it's finale, leaving fans wanting more.  The network answered with a spinoff called Better Call Saul.  Check out the first teaser!
