Elf on the Shelf Idea: Shopping
I often hear that it's too much work to do little elf setups every day until Christmas. I totally get it - that's what I'm here for. You literally print and fold and pretend like you're parent of the year.
This whole elf phenomenon started, for me, a few years back. I got more and more detailed and my son started to believe more. That meant the result was a better attitude. Oh, and completing tasks like daily brushing.
We stayed up late wrapping presents so we told the story through our elf. He went shopping, too.
SUPPLIES:
- Cardstock paper
- Printer (with color ink)
- Tape
- Scissors
- Kleenex
Print off the bags in the links below. Cut them out, add some tape and stuff with kleenex. Set them around your elf and call it a night.
See? That was easy, wasn't it?
