2020’s List Of Rejected Idaho Vanity Plates

I'm car guy and as most car guys do we notice vanity license plates. Ever since I moved to Idaho for the second time I noticed that Idahoans like their vanity license plates more than any other state I've lived in. California, Arizona and New Mexico all have their fair share of vanity plates but Idaho is definitely on another level. For example a few weeks ago I was delivering donuts to a teacher at a middle school in Meridian and I couldn't help but notice that 7 out of the 21 cars in the parking lot had vanity plates. Naturally I get excited when the list of rejected vanity plates is released every year, call me weird but I find it interesting to know what sneaky phrases people try to get past the folks at the Idaho t\Transportation Department. I understand why some plates are not in good taste like AZZMAN, NOFSGVN  or SUQIT) but this year the list had some that had me scratching my head. What's wrong with BCHGIRL or CHANGA? To me those read as "beachgirl" and "Changa" which is the word for female monkey in Spanish. I may be way off here but regardless part of the fun of vanity plates is figuring out what they mean.
