4 Concerts Coming to Boise You Have to See
Now that spring is official here, that means two things:
No more snow, and it's concert season!
Here's four shows coming to Boise this summer that you're going to want to check out. We're covering all kinds of music genres here; everything from heavy metal to ska to country.
Avenged Sevenfold
Saturday August 12th - Ford Idaho Center
The masters of metal are coming to Boise, and this one is going to be loud. They've been together since 1999, and found their big break when their album City Of Evil was released in 2005. They'll be opening for Metallica this summer on their 2017 stadium tour.
Lil Wayne
April 23rd - Revolution Center Concert House
What's there to say about Weezy that hasn't already been said? He's one of the best rappers in the history of the game. While he was schedule to perform in Boise back in 2007, Tunechi was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail. Fingers crossed that this show goes off without a hitch.
Lady Antebellum
September 1st - Ford Idaho Center
The country trio most well known for "Need You Now" are heading to Boise this fall. Be on the lookout for their next album Heartbreak dropping June 9th.
311
August 14th - Revolution Center Concert House
Remember "Down" and "Amber"? 311 has always been famous for carving out their own ska/rock sound that nobody else could match. While the rockers from Omaha haven't been in the spotlight for a number of years, they're set to release a new album Mosiac at some point in 2017.
