You hear it time and time again from people who come to visit Boise, it's one of the best places in the country. People coming to Boise and falling in love with it isn't anything out of the ordinary, in fact, it happens all of the time. So many people have moved to Boise and Idaho after visiting and falling in love with it.

 

Boise always has something fun going on and that's a big reason that people love moving here. It's always a good time when you're in the Treasure Valley and now that it's summer all of the awesome summer activities are beginning to kick off.

Alive After 5

A free summer concert series.

Boise has always had a great music scene and once summer starts it takes off like no other. It feels like every day of the week there is a fun concert happening somewhere around the Treasure Valley. From The Knitting Factory in downtown Boise to the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa the concerts are jam packed this year.

Not to mention the return of a fun, FREE, summer concert series.

Every summer Alive After 5 kicks off in the Grove Plaza where people can go listen to live music for free! The first week was last week but Alive After 5 will continue for the next couple of months until July 29th.

Here is the Alive After 5 concert series lineup:

  • June 17: High Step Society with Jilly FM
  • June 24: Clay Street Unit with Cactus Moon
  • July 1: High Fade with Mondo Pondo
  • July 8: Stephen Day with Arcade Sarcasm
  • July 15: Afrosonics with Bad Quitters
  • July 22: Banshee Tree with Degler
  • July 29: Lowdown Brass Band with Wins
