Gravity Didn’t Apply to Boise’s Ashton Jeanty on National Television
You certainly recall the name Ashton Jeanty. A household name for even non-football-lovers that brought victory, celebration, and nationally recognized skill to Boise, Idaho of all places.
The former Boise State stud was a Heisman Trophy Finalist (the first since Kellen Moore) and went on to be the highest drafted Boise State player to the NFL in history.
While hopes were high for Jeanty in his Rookie season, it never felt like he caught his stride. Pun intended.
This year, Jeanty started the pre-season with an injury--but came out swinging in the very first game of his second season in the league. His performance? It has left many fans saying...WOW.
There's something about Boise's Ashton Jeanty that leaves fans in awe, this time it was his flight skills

The morning after this football game, fans were STILL talking about the magic.
Could Ashton Jeanty have officially left that rough rookie year behind him under new leadership in Las Vegas? All signs point to the fact he may be on his way.
The 'Sophomore' if you will, ran the ball 23 times for a grand total of 102 yards. While Jeanty didn't ever 'run' the football into the end zone, he did score two touchdowns among his 6 total receptions! He had a total of 45 receiving yards in his 2026 debut, as well.
All of those fun stats aside, it was indeed the one single carry where Jeanty went flying into the air that everyone is talking about.
