I don't have any kids but I definitely don't need to in order to understand how scary a recall like this is. A parents' child is their everything-- so feeding and raising a baby is of the utmost importance. Any time baby formula is recalled--parents should be jumping to their shelves at home to make sure that dangerous product gets nowhere near their child. At my home, I've just got my cat-- but all jokes aside, if something dangers my Piccolo, I'm just as quick to freak out. I want her nowhere in harms way!

Walmart has just announced in the last week that they are recalling baby formula that is sold on their shelves. At this point, it has been removed from stores so there's no chance of you buying it, moving forward. However, they are urging everyone that may have purchased this product prior to a recall being announced, to check their homes and throw it away.

The product is: 35-ounce, 992-gram containers of "Parent’s Choice Advantage Infant Formula Milk-Based Powder with Iron." If you have this in your home, flip over the container and check the bottom for: Lot Code C26EVFV and a "use by" date of February 26, 2021.

This product is exclusively sold at Walmart.

This recall surrounds the potential presence of metal in the formula. Let's not have any kids swallowing that!

You can return the product to Walmart for a refund or just toss it out.
