There is never NOTHING happening in the Treasure Valley and this weekend is no exception, There are three events that might entertain your Saturday before the Bronco game.

I came across three events happening in one spot so you don't need to travel anywhere and there is a little something for everybody. Expo Idaho is hosting a Boise Beauty Expo, Idaho Fitness Festival and Baby Boomer Lifestyle Expo this weekend.

Idaho Fitness Festival (Saturday, October 5, 2019)

The IFF begins on Saturday and is all about health, wellness, fitness, and fun. Things begin at 10 a.m. and run through the afternoon till 5 p.m.

Sidenote: The Boise State Football game isn't till 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Vandals play at 3 p.m. and the Yotes have a bye week.

There will be over 100 exhibitors, freebies galore and several demonstrations that include the best in fitness. Here's a snapshot of the events happening during the IFF.

Boise Beauty Expo (Saturday, October 5, 2019)

This is the beauty event of Fall that hosts all of the women's favorite interests under one roof. Visit with your girlfriends and be a part of the Treasure Valley's biggest beauty and wellness event bringing women together beginning at 10 a.m.
