Most of the Treasure Valley continues to wait (and beg) for Mother Nature to bring a little winter our way---but as the clock ticks to Spring it is beginning to feel like it may never come.

If one single snow flake drops over Boise in the coming days, hundreds if not thousands of Boise area residents might just fight over the thing to attempt to make a snowman during a winter that just hasn't felt the way that it should.

Slow winter? We'd venture to say...YES.

What's happening up at our local ski resorts? For a long time, it felt like absolutely nothing. Now, with a little snow holding on at Bogus Basin, the Boise area's most accessible ski slope, snow bunnies are making their way up to at least pretend that winter is here.

In a bit of an urgent post by Bogus Basin earlier this morning--it quickly became clear just how desperate folks are to play in the snow.

Day passes for Bogus Basin on Saturday, January 17th? Totally and completely....SOLD OUT!

The mountain also warned that limited tickets are available for Sunday, January 18th.

Talk about high demand for snow--or perhaps just an escape from the fog?

You can see the mountain's formal announcement and follow along with all updates on snow and more at Bogus Basin, below:
