The Super Bowl took place on Sunday, February 8th and by Monday, thousands of Americans had already called off work. The day after the Super Bowl has long been one of the most popular 'sick days' all across the country, for years.
While this year is certainly not exempt from the call offs, the buzz surrounding the half time show seems to be significantly higher than recent history.
The show, which was entirely in Spanish and preformed by music legend Bad Bunny, simply got people up and on their feet. The vibes were bright and while Bad Bunny could have played into the 'political lean' that so many folks unnecessarily made the show about-- he chose unity.
