Boise Coffee Shop to Transform into Luke’s Diner from Gilmore Girls

Women who've always dreamed of living in Stars Hollow (my own mother being one of them) will be one step closer on October 5th!

According to Eater, Netflix has partnered with local coffee shops across the United States to transform them into Luke's Diner.  Luke's is one of the most recognizable locations in the Gilmore Girls series and was where you could almost always find Loreali and Rory Gilmore enjoying a cup of coffee.  They'll also buy the first cup of coffee for the first 250 customers at the pop-up shop.

At least one coffee shop in each state was chosen to become Luke's and the only location in the state of Idaho happens to be in Downtown Boise! Get your morning started at Flying M on Wednesday morning between 7 a.m. and noon to see their staff rocking Luke branded aprons and t-shirts. Those who get there early enough will get a special surprise under their Gilmore Girls coffee sleeve.

The pop-ups commemorate the 16th anniversary of the Gilmore Girls pilot and revs fans up for the Netflix debut of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life in November.
