Boise Officials Complete Idaho Youth Ranch Fire Investigation

A devastating and unexpected fire ripped through the Idaho Youth Ranch distribution warehouse just days ago and now, Boise officials have completed their investigation.

It caused panic all over town--what could possibly be producing THAT MUCH SMOKE!? Residents were posting photos of the fire from everywhere-- downtown, the freeway, the depot and even the airport. The plume of smoke was visible from everywhere.

For decades, the Idaho Youth Ranch has been a staple charity in our community, helping children and families with various needs and they're well known for their thrift stores, which benefit their works as well.

The fire was spontaneous and both the Boise Police Department and the Boise Fire Department were determined to get to the bottom of the cause--unfortunately, there was no answer to be found.
