Boise is very much one of the best places to live in the entire nation. It's a tight knit and safe community.

Unfortunately, from time to time, one guy can 'ruin it' for everybody. Boise Police are hoping to identify a man in a recent stalking case.

Do you recognize this man at all? it appears he is wearing a North Face jacket.

It can be chilling thinking about this going on in Boise.

In a statement released by Boise Police, the following was shared:

PD is investigating a stalking report after a man was caught on camera twice attempting to enter a home near W. Warren St. and Boise Ave. In both instances, the man tried to enter the home shortly after the occupants left. The first incident occurred on February 8th, and the second on February 10th at around 10:31 p.m. Boise Police are working to locate additional cameras in the area to gather a clearer image of the suspect or a possible vehicle.

While police continue to investigate this case--it's a great time to remind residents in the Treasure Valley: lock those doors.

We love our local law enforcement and we're thankful that they are on the case--but at the end of the day, it's a real personal responsibility that we're looking out for ourselves and our neighbors. Locking doors and windows should be a regular practice.
