A whopping 25,000 in attendance for Friday night's ceremony in attendance for the kickoff to Pride! That's awesome! Sprinkle in some Saturday market and you have a city celebration.

We had the opportunity of hosting most of the events including the massive parade that took place in the streets of Downtown Boise.

You could see "Free Mom Hugs" on shirts and signs all over the parade route on Saturday. I just really enjoyed all the positive energy considering there's so much toxic stuff in our world. This was a refreshing event and it was great to see everyone. This was one day where everyone could come out, be surrounded by love, and not be judged. Pride is being celebrated across the country and Boise represented.

Taylor Swift just released her video for, "You need to calm down" and she definitely let's everyone know how she feels. CNN calls her new video, "Pop anthem for equality and understanding." While we wear our Pride shirts and post our post-celebration photos, Taylor Swift post this at the end of her new video.

"Let's show our pride by demanding that, on a national level, our laws truly treat all our citizens equally," reads an on-screen message at end of the video. "Please sign my petition for Senate support of the Equality Act on Change.org."

Taylor is just talking about. She wants you to join and make a difference. You can sign her petition HERE. You can learn more about the Equality Act HERE.

Here are some photos that I took during the parade, on stage, and around Pride. Hope you enjoy because I took a lot. Here's the third and final gallery. Enjoy!
