If you're driving down State, and don't know what to look for, you may miss one of Idaho's greatest eateries.

Business Insider compiled a list of the 100 greatest places to eat in the U.S., and a small Boise treasure made the cut.

State & Lemp (located literally on the corner of State & Lemp) says they "...believe modern dining is always changing and refuse to be left behind." They take that stance so seriously that they change their seasonal menu every two weeks!

You can find Chef Chris Komori putting everything together from scallops and cauliflower to exquisite 5-course meals paired with the perfect wine.

Just make sure you call ahead. Reservations are a must at State & Lemp.
