Opinions on Boise State's football program, the season, and frankly the players and staff are polarizing this year. There's no arguing that the fan base seems divided and even if all of Boise State's fans are still fans at the end of the day--some demand more, some demand change, and others are saying calm down.

Here's the brutal reality: in the beginning of the year, many experts said Boise State might be the team to lead the Group of 5 and play in a major bowl game--a return to the Fiesta Bowl. This year just doesn't seem like it's the one.

With two losses on the season, Boise State is headed to San Diego to take on the Aztecs, a brutal Mountain West rival, and a program that never gives Boise State anything short of a battle. Going into this game, fans aren't giving Taylen Green a break at quarterback and the defense is taking a fan beating. Can the Broncos quiet these high maintenance fans this weekend and get one step closer to a winning record?

One bright spot is for certain: a stellar running back.

We took a look at what the experts are saying ahead of this game and according to ESPN analytics--the Broncos are still the favorite on the road. It seems the experts have faith in Boise State, so much so they're labeling it a 68% sure win for the Broncos.

Kickoff is on Friday night, August 22nd and will be televised on CBSSN at 8:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
