Boise State Teases ‘Major’ Tuesday Morning Stadium Concert Reveal

The Treasure Valley is home to many great concert venues--but perhaps the most sacred and the most special, isn't a concert venue at all.

Have you ever been to a show on The Blue at Albertsons Stadium?

Over the last several years, the field has hosted Garth Brooks (twice) and Luke Combs. While most don't think of The Blue for concerts, now that we know hosting big shows there is possible, it's impossible no to think of the acts we'd like to see there each summer.

In front of a large crowd over the weekend, Boise State shared, what appeared to be quite the tease--a 'major' concert announcement...with a countdown over The Blue.

News of the tease quickly spread online following the Boise State basketball game against Clemson on Sunday morning:

There's something magical about the venue--known for decades as home to Boise State football, the blue field has been a cherished piece of Boise's soul. Bringing live music to that space makes a concert an instant 'must-see', no matter who it is.

According to the tease that many are talking about online, there will indeed be a concert announcement on Tuesday morning at 8am from Boise State University.
