Boise’s Best Burger Is Hiding in a Downtown Alley

If there's one thing that the people from Boise love to do is support local businesses. Especially in the downtown Boise area almost everywhere you turn there's at least one local business ready to be shopped at. Whether it's food, clothing, or trinkets people love to support their fellow Boise neighbors, friends, and family.

Recently, one local business has really taken off and it's all got to do with their smash burgers.

Smash Alley in downtown Boise is one of the most unique burger spots in all of the Treasure Valley. Located in the alley across from the Knitting Factory, Smash Alley has become an overnight success and locals are absolutely loving these burgers.

They're only open on Fridays and Saturdays so when you do go the line gets a little crazy. Everyone wants a chance to try these amazing burgers that are all locally sourced. Their burgers are 100% SRF Wagyu and their fries are cooked in pure SRF Wagyu beef tallow. They recently just added french fries to the menu and now people are loving it.

If you want to try Smash Ally then you're going to have to go on Fridays at 6:00 p.m. And Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. (the only 2 times they are open) to try it . We recommend getting there early as everyone has been trying to get a taste of these burgers.
