Boise’s Hottest Late-Night Taco Spot Only Opens Twice a Week
If there is one thing that can spark a debate here in Idaho, aside from politics and sports--it would have to be food.
We're lucky in the Gem State to be home to so many AMAZING restaurants. It's neat that the likes of Raising Cane's and In-N-Out are here in Idaho now--but nothing will ever beat local restaurants and flavors.
Who has the best tacos in the Treasure Valley, when can you get them, and what makes them so special?
When it comes to late night--a new downtown spot is giving people a lot to 'taco 'bout'!

Will you be dropping by to try these soon?
Without a doubt, one of Boise's most popular restaurants is Barbacoa and its sister brands, Coa De Jima and Coa Del Mar.
Located in the heart of downtown Boise, Coa de Jima is tapping in to their easy-to-access patio along Main Street and serving up what are arguably some of the best and 'boujee' tacos in town!
Open on Friday and Saturday nights only-- your window to check out these street tacos from Coa de Jima--on the street, literally--is slim. Operating hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.
Looking for more of a selection? We can't recommend Coa de Jima for downtown Boise dining, enough. Learn more about the trendy downtown restaurant, HERE.
