Bonus Bogus Weekend

Bogus Basin received a total of 300 inches of snow this winter and 60 inches remain waiting for skiers to enjoy one last weekend of skiing.

Bogus Basin has announced it will be open Saturday and Sunday April 22/23 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a bonus weekend after a record year for snow.

Obviously there'll be some limitations as Superior lift will be the only lift running. The rental shop will be closed but the lodge will be open.

The valley forecast high for Saturday is 70 degrees with 63 on Sunday and that could mean some serious sun burns so plan accordingly.

Look at it this way, if you can't float the Boise River because of the snow melt and huge flows then make the best of the punch mother nature threw this winter and enjoy one last weekend on the slopes.
