When's the right time to start putting out your holiday decor?

After Halloween?

After Thanksgiving?

December 1st?

While no one will universally agree on the above question, one thing is for sure: It's not normal to leave your Christmas decorations on display year-round. But, is it legal?

Unless your HOA says it's against the rules, there's nothing that says you can't display your Christmas decor every single day.

Now, if your decorations are extremely bright and distracting, or in bad taste, or disrespectful, or so big that they're causing a nuisance, you can absolutely keep Santa and his eight tiny reindeer on your front lawn as long as you'd like.

Even if your neighbor who sucks says otherwise, legally, you're in the clear.

So, Merry Christmas, and Happy (super f'n early) Holidays!

We absolutely adore a good set of Idaho Christmas decorations. However, we're a little less enthused about these Idaho Christmas cards that have been making their rounds online.

Who's idea was this? We're offended, gobsmacked, and totally over it.
