Clif Bar Recalls 3 Flavors

I could live off Clif Bars if I had to, but it looks like I need to go through my cupboard and pitch a few of them.

According to KIVI-TV, Clif is voluntarily recalling it's Nuts & Seeds energy bars, Sierra Trail Mix energy bars and Mojo Mountain trail mix bars.  Clif discovered that the sunflower kernels used in the bars may be contaminated with Listeria.

Eating contaminated kernels might cause high fever, headache, stiffness, nausea and diarrhea.  The infections can be deadly to pregnant women, kids and the elderly.
