Could McDonald’s Delivery be Coming to Boise?

Craving a Big Mac, but don't want to bother putting on pants?

There's now an app for that.

McDonald's has teamed up with UberEats in Portland to give you exactly what this sounds like...a McDonald's delivery service. And of course they call it McDelivery.

It works like this, you put an order in your UberEats app, and an Uber driver brings the food from a local McDonald's right to your door. In fact, the service is in such high demand that it has launched in Seattle as well.

CEO Steve Easterbrook says this is just part of McDonald's ongoing evolution:

We are bringing a new level of convenience to more of our customers as we continue to transform the McDonald’s experience.

Does this mean we'll be getting Mickey D's delivering to our homes here in Boise? No word yet on if McDelivery is coming to the Treasure Valley anytime soon, but we're foaming at the mouth in anticipation.
