Is there anything worse than your favorite restaurant, bar, or local business shutting down? We would have to say that no, there certainly is not!

Here in Boise, yet another popular restaurant is closing its doors. This time, there was absolutely no warning.

If you've ever driven down Broadway Avenue, you know that there is no shortage of food options. One popular destination--especially late at night--is no longer there, effective immediately.

In fact, Boise's Broadway Avenue may have more food options than any other stretch of road in the Treasure Valley!

Which is your favorite?

Hopefully your favorite isn't the one the closing!!

News just broke this week that suddenly, and with no warning, the Del Taco on Broadway Avenue here in Boise closed--PERMANENTLY.

The popular fast food taco and burrito joint has, for months, been the only 24-hour destination on Broadway Avenue. If you were to drive by the location late at night, you would likely see a long line of cars that STRETCHED UP Broadway Avenue--literally, into the streets.

Recently, however, more Broadway Avenue restaurants started staying open late--including the ever-popular McDonald's, who up until recently was not open late.

Could an increase in late night options have slowed and impacted business for Del Taco? Rumors claim that the locations closed because sales were down.

Unfortunately, Del Taco on Broadway Avenue is not the first local business that we've seen shut their doors for good this year...
