Did I Just See A UFO in Boise?

It was Sunday night around 7pm. I was pulling up to my home from running some errands before the week started. As I got out the car I heard my wife shout, WTF are those lights? I looked up and to my amazement I saw six reddish white lights hovering over Boise. The first thing I knew, there were not planes, they were too close and making erratic movements.

Of course, the moment I needed to record video on my I phone, it crashed. I was finally able to record for a good :60 seconds. Do you have any idea what the mysterious lights could be?
