Does Idaho Celebrate Brothers Day

I have two bothers and we're very close, they both live in California but I'm blessed in that distance has never been an issue for us. I talk to one of them every other day, the other one not so much, so yesterday when he sent me the text below I was pleasantly surprised. I read it and it warmed my heart, I had no idea it was Brothers Day.

"Brother, life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat u right. Forgive the ones who don't just because you can. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Take a few minutes to think before u act when you're mad . Forgive quickly. God never said life would be easy . He just promised it would be worth it. Today is Brother's day, send this to all your brothers, fathers, sons and me if I am one. Happy brothers Day! I LOVE YA BROTHER!!! After reading it, I replied to him and them I sent it to all my non-blood bothers and pretty soon I had about 10 texts saying "Thanks, can't wait to celebrate Brothers Day with you in May"

Turns out National Brothers Day is on May 24th... Then I thought maybe Idaho celebrates Brothers Day in February? I couldn't find any data to support that thought on the interwebs however, I think no matter what day it is we should all celebrate our brothers regardless.
