In case you haven’t heard a brand new taco shop is making it’s way into Eagle and it is absolutely amazing. Spitfire Tacos & Tequila is a trendy new taco place in the heart of downtown Eagle.

Their new rooftop features comfy couches and outdoor furniture that make you feel right at home. They even have heaters set up for the days the clouds decide to come in and take over.

Their menu is special as they have a little something for everyone. Whether you are craving chicken, beef, or seafood they have a taco for you! And don’t worry, for all the vegetarians out there they have a mushroom taco that is absolutely to die for. This is some of the best Mexican food around and it’s barely been open.

It wouldn’t be Spitfire Tacos & Tequila without the tequila and trust us when they say they show out with the tequila. They have a wide selection of housemade cocktails with tequila that are both fun and delicious.

Everyone from the staff, to the management, to the owners are helpful, friendly, and amazing and obviously love being at Spitfire as much as everyone else does.
