If there is one thing to be said about First Federal Bank here in the State of Idaho, it is that the team at First Federal is always going above and beyond for the community. Living in an area that is booming as quickly as we're seeing here in the Treasure Valley means that the need for charitable work is only growing, too.

We're thankful that First Federal Bank is not only always finding ways to give back--but they're continuing to do so in such creative ways.

Perhaps you remember the event which took place last year for the first time in the Treasure Valley--a full blown Rock, Paper Scissors tournament! A large crowd came out to watch what the average person never would have expected to be as exciting as it was: classic rock, paper scissors.

The rules are simple, a bracket of 32 local businesses compete on stage--in front of a full crowd--and two by two go head to head to win the best two out of three in quick matches.

Of course, all of this fun doesn't go on without supporting a great cause and really, there are 32 amazing causes. Each competitor represents a non-profit organization that is making a positive impact in our community and First Federal Bank is ready to cut some checks.

There will be a total of $16,000 to split and distribute among the top three finishers of this "Tournament of Champions", each individual representing a reputable local charity. There is even going to be a prize for the company that has the largest cheering section so it's time to get there and root on your favorites.
