Woke up this morning and I knew it was gonna be cold based on the previous days temps but I had no idea we we're gonna get the first snow of the season. October 29th is what my calendar says but I'm taking a second look because I'm a bit confused. Not only did we get our first snow of the season but its officially the coldest day of the of the season (so far)!!!!

According to @NWSBoise as much as cols as we think Monday and Tuesday have been, Wednesday will be even colder!!! Monday and Tuesday had lows of 20 degrees while Wednesday promises to be somewhere around 14 degrees!!!  I'm familiar with snow days but are cold days a thing? Can we make it a thing? All of a sudden I feel a "cold" coming on for tomorrow... lol

On the bright side of things, If you are a skier, snowboarder or can't wait to take the snow mobile out Bogus has started making snow this week and today's weather is a pleasant surprise for them.  The 69th annual Ski Swap is taking place November 1-3 in Boise at Expo Idaho so as they say timing is everything.

As if I wasn't shocked enough, Mateo walks in wearing jeans and only a T-Shirt. He's definitely a proud native.
