Running's always been a passion of mine and FitOne's always been one of the most fun races in the Treasure Valley, but your dedication to joining our team this year means more than it ever has to our family at 103.5 KISS FM. As some of you may know, Kekeluv's son Lennox has been in and out of the hospital more times than he deserves at two years old. He's got a team of superstars on his side every single time he goes to St. Luke's Children's Hospital that work hard to make sure that he gets back to the healthy, smiley, goofy little boy we all love so much.

We want to do everything we can to give back to the healthcare providers taking such good care of Lennox.  Last year he was actually in the hospital the day of FitOne and missed 103.5 KISS FM take the crown for the largest team for the first time in history! We want a repeat this year (and more than 235 people on the team) so that Lennox can be there to see what we did in his honor!

The cause also means a lot to our team sponsor, Fleet Feet.  The owners of the Meridian based running store had a long stay at a children's hospital in Denver when their little girl, Evie, was born.  Evie had problems with her lungs and the Franks came very close to losing their first child.  If it weren't for the staff at the children's hospital, we wouldn't see that cute little blonde girl in the Mickey Mouse helmet chasing the store's training groups around Kleiner Park.  They also want to help give back to every person involved in pediatric healthcare.
