During the Coronavirus Pandemic we've seen a lot of local business step up and do something to give back to the community. The Sunrise Cafe giving away free toilet paper is the first that comes to mind. Wahooz giving away free lunches is another example. Albertsons that is based on Boise was one of the first to set up special shopping hours for seniors and at risk persons. Today on Taco Tuesday, Taco Bell is raising its hand and doing their part to show love to their communities all over the country.  Taco Bell is giving away free Doritos Locos Tacos today if you use their drive thru. Taco Bell's goal is to giveaway at least one million tacos as a way to thank everyone who is making a difference in the fight against COVID-19.

Accoding to foxnews that's not all that Taco Bell is doing...

"As part of Taco Bell’s overall efforts, the Taco Bell Foundation is also making a $1 million donation to No Kid Hungry, which aims to provide meals to children who don’t have easy access to food, especially now that many school districts across the country — and their meal programs — are no longer operating."

This week, Taco Bell also hopes to reinstate its “round-up” program at participating drive-thru locations, allowing customers to round up their order total and donate the extra money to No Kid Hungry.

Salute to Taco Bell and everyone making a difference.
