It's heartbreaking to read the text messages from the survivors that night

As you will be able to tell from the call audio, the scene was very chaotic that morning. As you can imagine, there was a lot of tears and panic.

At one point in the call, you will hear the 911 operator asking to please stop passing the phone around as she needed to speak to just one person about the scene and what they were witnessing.

The call abruptly ends when the callers confirm that Moscow Police had arrived to the scene.
