We're lucky to live in a place as safe as the Treasure Valley. Not only do our local law enforcement officers constantly keep us safe--but more often than not, our neighbors are always looking out for one another as well. Our safety here in the Boise area is what makes this place so special.

Every now and then, of course, one person has to 'ruin it' for the rest of us.

A peculiar case happening in South Boise, recently, has law enforcement asking for the public's help.

According to authorities, between June 18th and July 3rd, a person riding a 'peg-style electric dirt bike' has been reported passing women and reaching out for their buttocks.

A statement from the Ada County Sheriff's Office on social media said:

This person has approached women and slapped or grabbed them on the buttocks area as he passed by.  The suspect is described as a white male, wearing darker clothing—often all black—and gloves. He has been seen wearing a ski mask resembling either the "Call of Duty Ghost skull" or "Venom" style design.

What. On. Earth.  Who does this!?

There is certainly nothing funny about assault--but the details of this investigation are just completely random and weird.

Below is a photo of the biker:
