In a projected turn of events - it's official.  A federal appellate court has put Idaho same sex marriages on HOLD according to ktvb.com.

It was just hours ago that Idaho lifted a ban on gay marriage.  Governor Otter appealed, but sources said it wouldn't go through in time.  At 3pm Eastern time, Arkansas struck down their ban on gay marriage.  Is this looking like a domino effect??  Not so fast, the federal appellate court announced to put a stay on the Idaho Same Sex Marriage according to ktvb.com.  What does this mean now?  There will be no marriage licenses being processed on Friday morning at 9am.

There are no indications when this "Stay" will be lifted.  We'll keep you posted for any breaking news.
