Idaho State Capitol Sees More Vandalism

Well, Idaho...THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!

Say what you will about politics and so on that may go on inside of the building, there's a true beauty about our Idaho State Capitol building that adds to the charm of our city. We told you that a few weeks ago, all sorts of damage was done to the front of the building. there was black spray paint left behind with foul language and phallic drawings. Since this has happened, I've noticed an increased security presence around the capitol building when I am downtown.

Now, the Idaho State Police are saying that the large bell in front of the capitol steps, a replica of the Liberty Bell, was damaged sometime Saturday night via a sharp object. An expletive was carved into the front of the bell.

The investigation continues and Idaho State Police have said if you have any information, you can contact them.
