University of Idaho Honored by National Bobblehead ‘Hall of Fame’
When it comes to sports fans in Idaho, is there any group of fans that are more loyal than Idaho Vandals? The passion from these folks is simply unparalleled.
While you could argue that their rivalry with 'big' Boise State has fizzled over the years of not playing one another, the type of interaction and support you see for Vandal Athletics is next level. Win or lose, you're sure to hear 'Go Vandals' or 'V's Up' any time you're around the base. What's the old Vandal saying? Win or lose, we still booze?
We digress...
A total HONOR has been bestowed upon the University of Idaho this month, as the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has announced the University of Idaho's own 'Joe Vandal' has been added to their elite lineup.
Who knew there was such a museum or organization??
The announcement was made just recently made on January 7th and you can take a look at the official bobblehead, below!
In a statement provided by National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar, passion from and for the Idaho Vandals was expressed:
We’re excited to be unveiling this new Idaho bobblehead in conjunction with National Bobblehead Day...We know how passionate Idaho alumni, fans, students, faculty, and staff are about their school and bobbleheads, so we expect these bobbleheads to be extremely popular!
Congrats the the U of I for making the cut.
