Today was the proverbial straw that broke...well me.  We have a pretty nice vending machine at work and they've been nice enough to increase the amount of Diet Coke slots. Why?  Because a lot of us drink it, a lot.  Well today, the machine was broken, and I really needed a Diet Coke, in the worst way.  If you're a Diet Coke drinker, you know exactly what i'm talking about.  I guess you could say i'm addicted because it's my coffee, my go to for meals and I usually have one at night before bed.  I'm probably a 4 a day DC drinker.  I know I need to drink more water, but I hate plain water.

I get headaches and moody if I don't have a Diet Coke, it's pretty crazy. I need your help!  Are you addicted to Diet Coke?  Maybe you have some tips to cut back...if you do feel free to let me know.

Most research says it takes about 16 days to break a habit.  I'm willing to try this, because a broken vending machine, shouldn't send me off the edge. This is a major commitment, so if you have some serious tips, things you've substituted etc. Please let me know.  I'll keep you updated on my progress.
