Boise State Football has wrapped up their season and now it's time to rebuild. A fresh start is in order, as the team didn't quite finish where they would have liked.  Despite a late-season surge and a conference championship that relied on other teams losing just as much as the Broncos getting in some late-season wins, the team fell short in their bowl game against Cal.

While the loss was no one-single players' fault, it's important to note that the Broncos went into a game without their starting or their backup quarterback. Taylen Green, the dual threat quarterback, had recently announced he would be entering the Transfer Portal and leaving the team.

With the most important position on the roster "open"--Bronco fans learned that a TOP recruit at quarterback was considering Boise State and would be visiting as soon as last night.

The former USC quarterback landed in Boise to a showing of enthusiastic fans that wanted him to see just how excited they are to have him--and that Boise should be his next home.

The internet, however, is divided. Some saying it was painfully awkward.

Here's a look at what went down at the Boise Airport last night

Did it really look that awkward?

We want to applaud these great Boise State fans for showing up and taking their love for the program to the next level. The honest truth is that even as Boise State's NIL growth continues, some programs are just always going to have an upper-hand on the Broncos but few may have as much heart!
