As our state starts to open up a lot of us are getting out and enjoying our amazing city. Restaurants are busy and most are doing a good job of social distancing. Clubs and bars have been packed the last two weekends and as you can imagine the social distancing goes right out the window as the night progresses and people drink more.

It feels as if most of us are of the mindset that... it is what it is... and it's not as bad as people say. The fact is that it's all fun and games until a family member gets COVID-19. Last week my sisters mother in law got a call from her doctor whom informed her that someone in the office had COVID. Since then she and my sister have both tested positive. My sisters symptoms are mild so far and she's generally pretty healthy so I'm hoping for the best. My point is that we as a country are not out of the woods yet. Please be mindful, take care of yourself and those around you.
