It’s National Wine Day These are Best Idaho Wines
Today is National wine day and while Boise is know for its craft breweries, the city and region are also blessed with weather similar to the French wine region. As a result there are some great wines produced in Boise and the Treasure Valley to celebrate the occasion depending on which wine drinker you are. Do you fall into the sophisticated wine connoisseur category who would describe wine like Hemingway
"Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection, and it offers a greater range for enjoyment and appreciation than, possibly, any other purely sensory thing." – Ernest Hemingway
Or are you a casual under $20 a bottle wine drinker that would agree with Martin Luther king?
"Beer is made by men, wine by God." – Martin Luther
Regardless of which category you put yourself into my contribution on National Wine day consists of me sharing the best Idaho wines from the 2020 Idaho Wine Competition according to the Idaho wine commission
