The list of the 10 most wanted criminals by the FBI includes a variety of races, genders, and crimes. No crime is good, but the man wanted by the FBI from California is wanted for allegedly killing another man by shooting him in the head in the middle of an outdoor shopping center.

The ‘wanted’ poster for Cardenas includes the following information:

Omar Alexander Cardenas is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man that occurred on August 15, 2019, in a large outdoor shopping center in Sylmar, California, immediately next to Los Angeles. It is alleged that he fired several rounds from a semi-automatic handgun at the victim, striking him in the head and causing his death.
Cardenas often has a beard and wears prescription glasses.
