Earlier this week, we broke the news that a familiar name and face would be hitting primetime, national television.

We wish it were someone better--and for reasons more positive than this.

Convicted murdered Lori Vallow, who is guilty of murdering her children in Eastern Idaho and whose trial was held in Boise for over a month, will now be featured on Dateline this Friday night.

Unlike most specials, where Dateline will cover the crimes and talk to investigators or victims--this special is different. For the first time ever, Lori Vallow will sit one on one in an interview where, she says, she will 'tell the truth'.

Idaho residents? They aren't so happy about this.

Take a look at the online banter surrounding this Dateline episode--this is just a small sample!

How do you feel about the anticipation surrounding Vallow's television debut?

It's been a while since Idaho residents have seen the 'doomsday mommy' on television. Convicted of murdering her own children-- Lori Vallow simply isn't someone that most people would want to see or hear from.

Let's be clear--the fact that this woman is on TV at all is a complete shame. The crimes committed were gruesome--but her doomsday faith combined with the severity of the crimes, has drawn millions of eyes across the globe to focus in on Vallow.

Now, after being extradited to Arizona from Idaho for more conspiracy and murder charges--Vallow has agreed to speak up in a one on one interview with Dateline's Keith Morrison.

The episode will air at 8:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Channel 7, for Treasure Valley viewers.
