Some people say Boise culture is the best culture. We would like to agree with that. Recently online there's been an outcry from teenagers on how there's nothing to do in Idaho. However there is definitely a lot of things to do you just have to open your eyes and see it. That being said a lot of people have been coming to Idaho recently to visit, and Boise seems to be a hotspot for travelers.

All of the best places are scattered around the Treasure Valley and because of this it made us wonder where does everyone take first time Boise visitors?

This is what the Boise Residents had to say about what their favorite places to take visitors are.

Obviously you get the popular spots like Boise State stadium and Freak Alley Gallery. But some people were a bit more creative highlighting the Wassmuth Center and Ada County Jail. Who knew that a jail would be the first stop on someone's Boise tour.

We also saw a lot of people mention things like Trader Joe's, Applebee's, and Target. Considering someone visiting Boise may actually just be from a more remote area that seeing and going to popular stores would actually be fun.
