Events in the summertime are one of the many things that make the Treasure Valley so special and we know that most residents would agree. Whether it's a pop up event, a concert, or a circle of food trucks--there's no shortage of folks taking advantage of our warm summers and late sunsets each year.

One newly created event in Nampa is bringing together the community in a big way--and it's a really special event! Even as summer winds down--it's going strong!

Named the '208 Night Market', each Friday Night from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. dozens of food vendors and hundreds of families gather in the parking lot of the Idaho Hispanic Cultural Center to feast and have fun!

We spent a few hours at the 208 Night Market in Nampa and captured many of the sights and (delicious) smells from so many local vendors. Take a look below at the awesome market!

We're sure that you'll want to be there this coming Friday after seeing all of this!

We'll be honest--the 208 Night Market was a really special vibe. It was easy to spot families that were gathered and just kicking back after a long week. Kids were having a blast, there was food for just about everyone's taste buds, and most importantly, the gathering was TOTALLY family friendly.

Another thing to love? The event was created by some really great local people that want to highlight how great out LOCAL community is!
